Our Story

Monarch Trail Soap Co. is inspired by Colorado nature and a commonly known pollinator, the monarch butterfly. Our name is an ode to the annual monarch migration, along with the trails and stunning landscapes of Colorado.

We are a small business created out of the necessity and passion for truly clean products. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto's, a common thyroid auto-immune disorder, and detoxing from the harmful products we unknowingly used in our home, we realized the need for personal care products with natural, clean ingredients. Thus, the research began.

After learning about the many products marketed as being natural but still made with harmful hidden ingredients, we quickly realized that we would be taking on the fun and exciting task of creating natural products ourselves. We are a faith-based small business, so finding a way to serve others with the knowledge we have gained and the natural products we create is an important part of our mission.

We are proud to create products we can stand behind and feel good about not only using ourselves, but sharing with others. No toxins, synthetic fragrances or colorants, micas, unnatural preservatives or palm oil are used to make our products, ever.
